Definition of Roles and Responsibilities
Proserv Aviation is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our sales operations by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring efficient handling of sales-related tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organizational skills, and have a passion for the aerospace industry. As a growing company we seek an individual that is not only comfortable with change but seeks change with the goal of improvement. The right candidate can quickly move into an exciting outside sales position with commission and travel.
Peripheral Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely quotes for customers based on their equipment requirements.
- Conduct market price research for products and record data within an ERP system.
- Assist in processing customer orders and managing order fulfillment.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities within CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Desire to move into an outside sales position with travel.
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience.
- Proficiency within all Microsoft 365 applications.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively within the aerospace sector.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A keen sense of business acumen.
