We’re seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This role is critical in supporting our sales operations by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring that our sales cycle runs smoothly and efficiently.
Day-to-Day
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, while identifying opportunities for new business.
- Business Development Support: Use workflow software to manage leads, track pipelines, and help the sales team achieve business goals.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Understand client pain points and deliver tailored solutions.
- Communication: Provide clear, professional, and effective written and verbal communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple sales activities, ensuring timely follow-ups and meeting deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Take initiative to resolve customer challenges with urgency and creativity.
- Collaboration: Work cohesively with colleagues to achieve shared team objectives.
- Customer Interaction: Deliver exceptional service through phone, email, and online chat.
- CRM Management: Document customer interactions and feedback to drive business decisions.
- Industry Awareness: Stay current on new products, supplier updates, and aviation trends.
- Issue Resolution: Track and report customer concerns for continuous service improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in sales (aviation background a plus, but not required).
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with strong business acumen
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools
- Dependable, punctual, and accountable
- Collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer support and business development.
Pay: Up to $71,500.00 per year
