Accounts and Access
Why do I need an account to shop?
We’re a B2B supplier; an approved account lets us apply the right pricing, payment terms, and export controls to your orders.
How do I create an account?
Click Sign Up → fill the form → you’ll get a confirmation email. Our Sales team reviews new accounts within one business day.
How long does approval take?
Most accounts are approved the same (US) business day. You’ll receive an email once it’s active.
I haven’t heard back, what should I do?
Check spam for our email. Still nothing? Email sales@proservaviation.com with your company name and phone number.
Can I view my order history online?
Yes, you can view your web purchases by going to your account page and clicking on “Online Order History”. You will not be able to see direct orders that were placed with the sales team (for now).
Pricing & Availability
Are website prices final?
Prices shown are live and reflect any current discounts. For high-volume or contract pricing, contact our sales department.
The part shows “Request Quote”, Why?
Some OEM-controlled items require a manual quote due to MAP rules, the item requires a manual lead-time check, or we need to update pricing. Click Request Quote and we’ll respond quickly.
Payment Options
What payment methods do you accept online?
Major credit cards (Visa, MC, AmEx), ACH/wire transfer (via pro-forma invoice), or NET30 terms if your account is pre-approved.
How do I pay by wire?
Choose Bank Wire at checkout. We’ll email you an invoice with our banking coordinates. Goods ship once payment clears.
How do I request NET30 terms?
Contact our sales team to set up on terms. We typically require multiple successful transactions paid in advance with your company prior to approving terms.
Ordering & Checkout
Can I save multiple ship-to addresses?
Not at this time. Billing and shipping addresses can be changed at checkout.
Can I add PO numbers?
Enter your PO number in the “notes” at checkout and we will be sure to add it to your invoice.
What if an item is back-ordered?
If an item is out of stock or special order, you can still add it to your cart. One of our sales representatives will promptly send you a quote and lead time for the item(s).
Shipping & Tracking
Which carriers do you use?
We ship via UPS for web orders. This will be updated soon to include other popular carriers. You can also ship on your own account; enter your account number and carrier at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Stock items ordered before 4p.m.CT ship same day (freight typically the following business day). Non-stock or drop-ship items will be quoted with lead time.
How do I track my order?
We email tracking information the moment the label is generated.
Returns & Warranty
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our sales department at sales@proservaviation.com or by calling (262) 639-8550. (up to 20% restocking fee)
Is there a restocking fee?
Non-defective returns may incur up to a 20% restocking fee. Exemptions: wrong item shipped or warranty claims.

Use Forgot Password first. Still stuck? Send us a message via the Contact Us page.
Checkout keeps failing.
Confirm billing address matches your card, clear browser cache, or try another card. If the issue persists, contact us with a screenshot at sales@proservaviation.com.
